Raised in Sumter, SC, Ben has deep ties to the local community where his great-grandfather, Dr. Brown, was one of only two doctors to originally practice medicine in Hendersonville, and was the founder of Grace Lutheran Church (now Presbyterian Reformation Church). Ben is licensed as a Broker in both South Carolina and North Carolina. Additionally, as a General Contractor, Ben provides unique and professional insight into the market.
Tracy grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida and has served on the Hendersonville Education Foundation, Bares It All for Breast Cancer and Flat Rock Playhouse Dark Nights annual fundraiser. She is also a local business owner of Beehive Resale and Consignment on Main Street and is an active advocate for small retailers in the community.
